Wildflower Doe 2 T-Shirt

WILDFLOWER DOE 2 by Lynn Bauer - While walking along a trail in the Texas Hill Country I came across this doe in the wildflowers. I had just moments before seen a mother and very young baby fawn on the side of the trail, and I’m pretty sure this was the same doe. She posed for a few pictures then moved into thicker shrubs. I could tell that she was nervous, and I assume she was waiting for her baby to catch back up with her. The baby had been very skittish when it saw me the first time, so I felt I had best move on and let them get back together. Although I didn’t get any images of that precious baby, I was thrilled to have these beautiful images of the mama!

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature.
