SPOTLIGHT ON WIMBERLY'S WILDLIFE by Lynn Bauer - Wimberly, Texas has some beautiful murals that have been painted all over town. This is part of a will that depicts some of the varied wildlife species that you might encounter while visiting there. In this section there is an owl, a hummingbird, raccoon, armadillo, quail, heron, and a turtle, along the banks of the Blanco River. I don't live in Wimberly, but I have seen all of these in my home in the Texas Hill Country, as well.
