Artist's Description
LIVING IN THE LAND OF OZ by Lynn Bauer - I was originally drawn to this incredible scene because of the bright red indian paintbrush covering the yard. But, once I spotted the beautiful horse grazing in the distance, I began to photograph him. And, once he spotted me, he made his way right over...probably looking for a carrot, or two! Thankfully, I was able to get this image before he was right up to me and ready to munch on my camera! What an incredible pastureland for this magnificent horse! Taken in the Texas Hill Country during the peak of the wildflower season.
Please be sure to check out my entire line of Texas wildflower images. I have a Texas gallery, as well as a Wildflower gallery that covers Texas, California, and other places.

These times have been beyond description, so I am thrilled to have many images to look back on! Also, for many years, the Texas Hill Country has been a...
