HEAVENLY PASTURE IN THE HILL COUNTRY by Lynn Bauer - Wildflowers blanket the countryside of the Texas Hill Country during the spring. This is the kind of scene that I dream of...so, imagine my delight when we rounded a corner and this magnificent landscape appeared before us! Red indian paintbrush were the primary color of this gorgeous front yard pastureland. The bright red of the paintbrush was so brilliant that it really was one of the most incredible visions of springtime in Texas that I have experienced! And, when this beautiful horse walked into the scene, I was thrilled! The only thing was that he wanted to be right at the fence line getting attention from me, so I only had the chance to quickly photograph him as he walked across the yard! To think this was just one front yard in someone's neighborhood...amazing! They definitely have their own little piece of Hill Country paradise!!!
