A COLORFUL STOP ALONG BOERNE'S RIVER WALK by Lynn Bauer - A favorite stop in the lovely town of Boerne, Texas, is the beautiful River Walk that runs along Cibolo Creek in the center of town. These pretty red iron benches are placed at strategic places so that people can sit and relax while watching the ducks, geese and occasional swans, along with the many turtles that occupy the pretty turquoise waters of the creek. Fall is in the air, which can be seen in the turning of colors of some trees and the dropping of leaves along the pathway.

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature. I've been blessed to be able to visit gorgeous mountains, like the High Sierra, which is home to some of the most majestic sights on earth, such as Yosemite National Park, as well as making quick trips to the beaches of the Pacific Coast, if I want to spend an evening shooting a sunset.
