TEXAS WILDFLOWERS UNDER SUNSET SKIES by Lynn Bauer - A field of lovely wildflowers along the Bluebonnet Trail in Ennis, Texas, is set off by the radiance of the setting sun. Light rays cast their glow over the pretty green hills, as their light dances across the beautiful sky. This field is chock full of beautiful Texas bluebonnets (the state flower of Texas) and bright red indian paintbrush. A few other colorful wildflowers are sprinkled into the mix. The flowers alone made this a gorgeous scene, but with that amazing sunset, the view was absolutely breathtaking!!
The Texas Hill Country is one of my favorite places to enjoy the beauty of God's glorious creation!

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature. I've been blessed to be able to visit gorgeous mountains, like the High Sierra, which is home to some of the most majestic sights on earth, such as Yosemite National Park, as well as making quick trips to the beaches of the Pacific Coast, if I want to spend an evening shooting a sunset.
