CREEKSIDE WILDFLOWERS ON THE WILLOW CITY LOOP by Lynn Bauer - The Willow City Loop is an iconic drive in the Texas Hill Country, just outside of Fredericksburg. This drive is especially scenic in the spring, as the area fills with a profusion of beautiful Texas wildflowers. A lovely creek runs through this area and this year the wildflowers along the creek were just stunning! Bluebonnets covered hillsides, with many other wildflowers mixed throughout. Pretty skies, soft reflections, and pops of color from the wildflowers give you a sweet taste of the wonders of the Texas Hill Country!
