Artist's Description

An old abandoned home as it sits on the Bluebonnet Trail in Ennis, TX.
Ennis is a beautiful town that is located south of Dallas. It is a gorgeous area with sprawling homes on beautiful pieces of land that can be covered with bluebonnets in the spring. Ennis was named by their state legislature of the Official Bluebonnet City of Texas as well as having the Official Texas Bluebonnet Trail.
The Trail is actually a number of trails that the Ennis Garden Club faithfully notes, marks, and updates for the public. They keep up-to-date information on the best blooms and the best driving routes for people to find during the month of April. They also have a Bluebonnet Festival each year.
These wonderful Bluebonnet Trails are the oldest known such trails in Texas and thousands of people anxiously await the arrival of spring each year to make a trek to Ennis to enjoy the beautiful bluebonnets.

These times have been beyond description, so I am thrilled to have many images to look back on! Also, for many years, the Texas Hill Country has been a...
