Other wildflowers, mostly in shades of blue and purple add to the mix. Crested Butte is part of the San Juan Mountains, which are part of the Rocky Mountain chain. The scenery is gorgeous any time of year...but, I especially love the summer wildflower season.
I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature.
