SPRINGTIME AT FISCALINI PRESERVE by Lynn Bauer - Pretty purple coastal asters bloom in the vibrant green grasses that have been flourishing due to an El Nino season at the Fiscalini Ranch Nature Preserve in Cambria, California. The skies have been full of dark clouds, and just at daybreak, the sun is starting to peek through, putting gorgeous light on the asters. This is nature in it's simplicity...and, at it's best! What a great way to start the day!!
The Fiscalinni Ranch Preserve is a gorgeous seaside preserve with wonderful walking trails above the bluffs of Moonstone Beach in Cambria, California.

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature. I've been blessed to be able to visit gorgeous mountains, like the High Sierra, which is home to some of the most majestic sights on earth, such as Yosemite National Park, as well as making quick trips to the beaches of the Pacific Coast, if I want to spend an evening shooting a sunset.
