Description

HILLS OF GOLD by Lynn Bauer - This hills around Arvin, California, light up through the thick layer of fog and clouds hanging over the mountain. This area found along Bear Mountain Road, and is part of the Tejon Ranch Conservancy. At times, you will find a real variety of colorful flowers here during the spring, but this year the predominant flower is the golden fiddleneck. The play of light and shadow create a gorgeous scene on these beautiful oak tree covered hills that lead up into the Tehachapi Mountains.
