High Sierra Heaven Tank Top

HIGH SIERRA HEAVEN by Lynn Bauer - Rock Creek Lake is one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the High Sierra mountains of California. This was taken on the back side of the lake, near the campgrounds. Rock Creek gently curves through the campground and around the back side of the lake, where it then merges with lake. Fall grasses line the creekbed and golden aspens add a touch of color on the far right side of the image. If you look closely, you will see that there are many rocks and pebbles in the shallow waters of the creek, showing that "Rock Creek" is well deserving of it's name! The wispy clouds strewn across the deep blue sky adds a beautiful touch to this wonderful scene, and adds it's special touch in the glowing reflections on the stream. The High Sierras are definitely their own little piece of pure heaven on earth!

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature. I've been blessed to be able to visit gorgeous mountains, like the High Sierra, which is home to some of the most majestic sights on earth, such as Yosemite National Park, as well as making quick trips to the beaches of the Pacific Coast, if I want to spend an evening shooting a sunset.
