HANGING UNDER THE MOON by Lynn Bauer - Three snow-covered mountains, hang under a half moon in Oregon. These mountains are the Three Sisters...North Sister, Middle Sister, and South Sister, as seen from a scenic overlook near the town of Redmond. This image shows the edge of a deep gorge with the Deschutes National Forest on the far side, backed by these Sisters. It was an awesome of the mountains still covered in their winter snow as the rest of the area was just waking up to the first week of spring!
