BUTTERMILK FALLS IN AUTUMN by Lynn Bauer - A lovely waterfall, called Buttermilk Falls, in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. Buttermilk Falls is located in the college town of Ithaca. It is literally just steps from the parking lot, which makes it a wonderful swimming hole for college students during the summer. But, on this fall day, no one was swimming! The colors were just starting to pop, under the deep blue sky with the gorgeous white billowy clouds. It was truly a spectacular sight and a great stop along our tour of the Finger Lakes!!
