At Rest in the Bluebonnets Tank Top

Patches of beautiful bluebonnets grow wildly in an old graveyard in the Texas Hill Country. These natural displays add their lovely touch to the resting places of the Hill Country residents who are buried there. It seems very fitting that the state flower of Texas should add it's beauty to these markers and headstones, along with the many flowers that family members and friends have left behind to honor their loved ones.

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature. I've been blessed to be able to visit gorgeous mountains, like the High Sierra, which is home to some of the most majestic sights on earth, such as Yosemite National Park, as well as making quick trips to the beaches of the Pacific Coast, if I want to spend an evening shooting a sunset.
